Okay... There was an error with the trainer...

Updated trainer for version 1.2.1.0 is available at the first post. Now it should work.

As i stated above... The trainer is also working for version 1.2.1.1.

 I have a game version: 1.2.1.0 from GOG.

Downloads your last trainer grimv1210_x64+22tr.rar (06.25.2024, 18:42). After activating Unlimited Health, One Hit Kill, a black screen appears.

Thats why because the trainer is written for the STEAM version and not for the GOG version...

You can use this little searcher and maybe ist possible that i can update the trainer for the GOG version as well...
