You need to take care of the amount of that item.
Let's say you trade 10tons wood to your ship and change the ID to any item.
As you only changed the ID, you still have 10tons of that item (10 times that item)
When you now trade back that item and the transfer quantity is set to 10tons, it tries to trade 10tons, although your warehouse
only can hold 9 items.

Oh of course, that makes sense.
