Hi.
That is because of the second ID.
The item does not disapear it stacks up onto a wrong stack.
For example:
I have a stack of 5 items with id 191625 and a second ID of 175 (the second ID is different for you).
I put one of that item onto my ship and change the ID to 190237. The second ID will still be 175.
When I now put that item back into the warehouse it stacks up onto the other 4 Items because of that second ID.
You need to save and reload and than put those wrong stacked items onto your ship. Once you get your newly created item
it wil automatically gets a new second ID and will stack up correctly in the future.
