I am using trainer excatly the same you said. After i press insert, game crashes without any error after like 30s.

First of all, your MD5 hash is different than mine.
Did you buy the game on UPlay?
What version of the game do you have? You can find the version in the main menu on the lower right corner.

Game is on steam but with uplay.

It seems your version works only with uplay. Not with steam or epic.

Hey,
this is just a debug version. None of the options will work but it tells me, if everything is correct so far.
- Download this debug-version
- Start the game and wait until you reach the main menu
- Start the debug-version
- Activate it using the "Ins" (Insert) key
- Hold down CTRL+ALT and press D
- A new window shoul appear with some information.
- Copy the text of the new window and paste it here please
