my windows defender keeps detecting a threat and wont let me do anything it just deletes it

And that's why I'm not using Windows defender...
The trainer is packed with mpress. This is a executable x64 packer...
And I can say that this is a false positive...

Simply put the trainer on the white list... That's it...
